Liberation Nuts!   Summer Festival season   2008


Drumheads have teamed up with Liberation Nuts at the Secret Garden Festival & The Innocent Fete this summer, to help promote their fair trade (and very tasty) nuts grown in Asia, Africa and South America.

We've all had great fun so far, despite the changeable weather!!

Save The Children    26th July    2008 

Ground Truth Consulting hired us in to be part of the training session for
a new batch of Save the Children workers. We had a workshop, and then
small teams created their own percussion piece...





  



Carnival De Cuba   June 28th & 29th   2008

This years Carnival in Southwark Park was great fun for us!
Attended by thousands of people, with a great line up of bands & world wide cuisine, and plenty of sunshine...

Here's some shots of our Samba Reggae workshops and the Grand Finale, a procession with our novice drum orchestra led by a fantastic team of costumed dancers!

One Coffey Day    April 2008

Bramley Community Drum Circle

We've been having regular sessions for a couple of years now, organised
by Julie Kingston. It's a great group of people, and we always enjoy
