Drumheads blasted into life in 2003. Since then we have performed all over the UK, in Ireland and Africa. We have worked with theatre directors, festival producers, live bands, DJs, VJs, vocalists and dancers. 

We cook up a special brew of breaks, beats and rhythmic pieces, using drum-kit, Latin American congas, bongos and bombos, Indian tabla, West African djembe and bass drums, Senegalese talking drum and an assortment of percussion instruments.

Our music is an original blend, influenced by urban life and drum culture from all over the globe.

Our shows are full of power, passion, colour, melody and expression.
